The neck wraps are not a toy. For that reason, only responsible children (not to used by children 3 years and under) should use the neck wraps.
To use your neck cooler, soak the middle of the cooler in water until the crystals in the middle bulge. The first soaking may take as long as ten minutes before the crystals absorb as much water as they are capable of. You can then tie the neck cooler around your neck. You can keep your hydrated neck cooler in the refrigerator for extra cooling effect.
To dry, hang in an airy spot, and rehydrate when ready to use again.

Unsupervised pets and children can chew through the neck wrap to the crystals and may become sick or become strangled by the neck wrap.
Safety tip: Crystals are nontoxic but if eaten dry, they will expand. If a small dog or child eats a bellyful of dry crystals, it could cause problems. Please keep neck wrap away from pets and kids.
